Udinese target impressive Juventus loanee

Udinese have set their sights on Juventus loanee Filippo Ranocchia as he shines at Vicenza.

The 20-year-old joined the Serie B side on loan for the rest of this season and has been an important member of their first team.

He played over 20 games for them in the league and that underlines his importance.

These games have helped him become a top player but he could still struggle to earn a place in the Juve squad when he returns next season.

He could be loaned out again to continue his development or the Bianconeri could simply take advantage of him.

The Gazzetta Dello Sport via Calciomercato says the Friulians have observed it and have it on their shortlist.

It is currently valued at €1.20 million per transfer marketbut Juve will certainly ask for more than that if they agree to sell him this summer.

Juve FC says

We have some of Italy’s brightest young talents in our youth teams.

Sending them out on loan will better prepare them to become Serie A stars.

Even if they don’t end up making it into the Juve first team, we can make a lot of money off their sale by offloading them after developing them.
